Spacious and modern homes. Everyone likes the way new management is dong stuff!
One of the unique things of Royal Oaks is that they requested a very small security deposit just for security, and that is a plus.
Nice marble floors, beautiful and comfortable kitchen and fast repairs when needed, also Hollywood is a lot of fun with great commerce when needed. We also enjoy a lot of the company of my friends and neighbors.
Jogging around the Royal Oaks its my passion. Greatly recommended to my friends !!!

The best place for it's value ! Natasha Heran, the manager, is amazing and super accomodating, Luis Perez, the maintenance director, is super skilled and with a great character!
