I Purchased a package on Groupon. I was very excited to make an appointment to get a couples massage. I’ve called them multiple times. The First time I left a message. The next couple of times the voicemail box was full so I can’t even leave a message. This is on different days by the way. Every time it says I’ve reached the concierge. This is the worst experience with a company that I have ever had. I bought a Groupon for a couple's massage and called to make a reservation. It took several days for them to respond and set it up as they don't answer the phone. When my husband and I arrived, the building has been turned into a dry cleaner. They have not updated any information on Groupon, their website, or Google maps. I also was not informed of this when I made the reservation. I been trying to schedule a appointment and unable to . My friend brought me two gift certificate . I call no one never pick up the phone . I try leaving a message on the voicemail and the mailbox is full . Also went on the website and send a email no one responded. Poor service I would have gave rated no stars but thats impossible if I wanted to make a review.
