​I purchased a demo 2024 Pathfinder SL here in early 2025 (12,000 km). By April 2026, I discovered the tires were already at 3/32". When I called to complain, the Sales and Service departments kept passing the buck. They even claimed the tires were at 5/32" when I bought it—how is that acceptable for a "Certified" demo car? ​What’s even more concerning is that both the salesperson and the sales manager I dealt with have already left. I’ve had an extremely frustrating and honestly concerning experience with Nissan Royal Oak over the past few years. We leased a Nissan Kicks in 2023, and not long after, issues started piling up. In 2024, we experienced a major and dangerous malfunction — the parking brake engaged while I was driving on the highway during a snowstorm. The car spun 360°, and I narrowly avoided hitting a pole.
