I recently purchased a used vehicle from Royal Oak Nissan. I hate car shopping but Kerr made it less awful. He’s personable with the right amount of follow-up. He even supported post sale with a few things which I really appreciated. Thanks again, Kerr.
Stupid dealership, made me drive from south to royal oak, gave them 2 chances to get me approval they held my deposit for 1 week both time and still were not able to get approval. Failed to even get a 11.99 percent approval the second time blaming my credit. Someone else got me 8.9 on the spot. If you guys fail even after 2 tries u guys should work on that relationship between your GM and the bank.
Sorry that I can’t give less than 1 star. Long story short is that they sold us a used car that had been in an accident but because they said it wasn’t on the Carfax it wasn’t their issue, even though on an inspection later it was obvious there was damage underneath. Dealt with Jason in Sales and the manager as well. Both liars. These are the guys who reenforce the stereotype of the greasy car dealership. Buyer beware when dealing with them.
