Excellent customer Service 👌🏾 from Kerr. Great guy.
Thanks to Service Technician, Mark Willemsen, for his excellent service in repairing the hood of our vehicle which had been hit by an object while driving on the highway. We initially thought the hood would require a full repaint, but Mark worked his magic and was able to repair enough of the damage to the point that it’s barely noticeable. We greatly appreciated his advice on how to deal with the damage and the steps he took to ensure we were satisfied with the outcome.
They have provided me a great service with honesty and trust. Great customer service from Kerr.
Recently bought a used but well looked after car. Met Kerr there and he helped answer all my questions and made the experience nice and smooth.
Do not ever buy from this dealership. Terrible service and the shop is atrocious. After paying off my truck they refused to give me paperwork saying the loan was payed off. Nissan canada told me their finance managers had the power to pull up and print off the payout remainder. The finance manager Will at royal oak lied to my face and said he couldn't do it. Absolutely disgusting.
