So grateful for my kind and wonderful doctor (Dr. Quraishi) who works here!
I have been going here for 10+ years. Sadly in the last year or so it has gone downhill drastically. It doesnt seem like there is much communication or care from the staff. Also can anybody tell me why the office opens at 8:30 and yet when i call i am still getting the office is closed at 8:40 this is consistent as well. Its not just 1 day that the phones arent turned off of dnd at the proper time
Dr. Rajan has always been such a kind and caring practitioner. While her availability is not always the easiest to work with, her care is worth it. The clinic is always clean, and the staff are always accommodating. Sometimes you have to wait past your slotted appointment time, but I remind myself it is because these doctors seem to actually care about the well-being of their patients, so they are willing to go over appointment times when needed.
The front staff are excellent. As a fairly new patient (4 months) they know me and greet me by name as I arrive. They are quick. Dr Kers is attentive and detailed. Extremely friendly. Happy to be a patient there.
I feel compelled to write a review because the ones on here are completely ripping apart the clinic for it's booking practices. I've only had positive experiences with booking appointments and my doctor has been fantastic so far. I feel like I've completely lucked out. After spending a decade on waitlists for doctors in another province, this clinic is a breath of fresh air.
