The pros: The building itself is not bad, the location is good and many stores are close by. The cons: The building manager has way too much on his plate and some things are falling behind. Ie: Mom's intercom is not connected since Feb 2025 in spite of multiple request to hook it up and she has to go down to let people in. Which brings me to the second con; lately the elevator is acting up and therefore is not reliable. Lived here for 1 year, moved in and out during Covid. Building manager was incredibly helpful and understanding when we needed anything, and the building is clean and quiet.
