We have worked with Royal Oak Glass two times now and both times they have gone above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Their whole team is experienced, customer focused, and willing to take on any challenge to meet clients requests and requirements. Well, I am sad to be writing this review. I have had an awful experience with this company. Royal Glass did not complete their installation properly and when I asked about the issue, I was rudely sent away. The bottom line is that this company cost me substantially more than the company that ended up fixing the issue, and they left me feeling awful. Gone are the days of customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
