Been going here for 30 years back then it was Dr.V and now Dr. B they both are incredible and thorough with my eyecare and take care of whatever I need
Dr Burnop is very thorough with eye exam. He cares about his patients and is very personable. Staff is always available to take care of any issues with frames and very courteous. He has been my optometrist for years.
The Receptionist has a horrible attitude and she acted like she didn’t want to book my appointment the whole time. Horrible customer service I went ahead and booked my appointment, but if I can find something with a nicer receptionist, I will rebook And cancel that appointment with Royal Oak because the attitude that the receptionist gave me was completely unnecessary
My mother Betty Dungan had an appointment yesterday. Dr. Burnop was amazing and so caring to my Mother. He patience with her was incredible and very thorough in his examination. The receptionist was very helpful and so patient with my Mother in help her select the correct pair for her. Thank you so much.
Very unprofessional assistant. She told my husband whom has cancer to let his oncologist check his eyes if he felt the chemo was affecting them. Refused to let him purchase new contacts to do him until they had an open appointment. They have permanently lost a loyal customer of 10+ years and he now has an infection and ulcers in his eyes (possibly due to the chemotherapy) It’s a shame that people do not know how to treat their customers and another human being these days!!
