Went there because Google said it was a modular home dealer. In fact it is a community of homes. Looks like a nice quiet spot, but the description online was inaccurate
Royal Oak has a multitude of problems all due to an absentee and profit driven landlord. Water line breaks that are not fixed and leave residents without water, flooding due to improper drainage of properties as the landlord has not maintained drainage ditches, roads full of deep potholes. Most of the park is neglected to increase the stakeholders profits. Very little care or worry is given to the residents. Landlord does not return call or letters, the only way to get something done is to take it to the courts. Shameful.
