My hygienist, Stephanie, was that perfect balance between friendly (chatting with you) but also allowing you time to relax and sit quietly. She did a thorough job cleaning my teeth, and I felt so much better after the visit. She also fielded my questions about a night guard, Invisalign, and teeth whitening. Clearly the office is well resourced AND the people there want to take care of you. I think this customer service is top notch. Looking forward to returning in 6 mos.! ;-)
I absolutely love this dental office. Our entire family is seen here including my 2 and 10 year old children. They are fast, efficient, and go above and beyond to address any concerns or problems you may have. The office manager will make sure that you pay the lowest rate possible and will go to bat with your insurance company to make sure you pay as least as possible out of pocket. I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I sent both my medical and dental insurance documents to them in advance (mid-last week), and my medical insurance handles coordination of benefits. When I arrived for my appointment, the front door was locked. I looked through the window and someone inside mouthed “it’s open”—no one came to the door or offered help.
