Great service, lovely staff
A great experience. Greet by who the lovely friendly receptions who remembers my name. ❤️ Had a new to the practise dentist, Min Yoo Lee and was very pleased with her. I appreciated her step by step explanations of what what she was doing, her gentleness and her concern for making I was OK. Which I was. 😊

The clinical staff are friendly and helpful, professional and compassionate. The receptionist I encountered was not. She was accusatory argumentative and was not prepared to take my booking. At last she realized she had confused me with another patient. It's such a shame. I refuse to go back there to those lovely kind people just because I have to encounter this aggressive unhelpful receptionist
