If I could give 0 stars I would. My employer uses Royal Oak as a 3rd party Administrator for our supplemental benefits & they are horrible. I signed up for benefits in Nov. of last year & I still don't have my benefits. Every time I call them they say they're working on it & they'll call me back & I never here from anyone. It's been almost a year & I'm still without my benefits. They no longer respond to my calls or emails. This is a terrible company.
