My experience with Royal Nissan service department has been nothing short of exceptional every time. Special shout out to Liz and Sherrie for going above and beyond for me and my vehicle! It’s easy to see customers are truly cared for and respected at Royal. I had a great experience shopping with Alan and have since then been having great experiences in the service department. I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else!
I recently bought a Sentra SL from Nadia and she was so wonderful. Her and Daniel went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and provided excellent service. Will absolutely return when I want my next car.
Once again, my experience at Royal Nissan Service department was great. Savannah was timely, helpful, friendly and explained all services performed and for future. I only take my Nissan Pathfinder here for all services and have been please for over 10+ years.
Let me tell yall about Mr. Alan!! He was the kindest man from the time I stepped into the door. It wasnt about selling me a car, of course he was great at that part, it was 100% about what I wanted and my needs. He absolutely met and exceeded EVERY expectation I had for buying my car.
