Had surgery on my broken wrist. Despite the delay in actually getting the surgery done the nursing staff were lovely, caring and attentive. Follow up at the orthopaedic clinic was straight forward and the hand physio team excellent
As far as hospitals go it was a 7/10.
I was so happy when i stay in the hospital, the nurses and doctors in the E2 and Operating Room 10 and Recovery Room were absolutely fantastic. My English is pretty basic, I can't praise them enough for all their help and understanding. 🥰 They showed so much compassion, very kindly, friendly and helpful and worked hardly to make sure I and everyone be completely comfortable. As a first-time patient at Royal Newcastle Centre, I couldn't be happier with my experience. The doctors and nurses at the Interventional Suite were incredibly attentive and caring. Their compassion, warmness, and constant check-ins ensured I was completely comfortable throughout my visit. I also appreciated the delicious food with good selections provided after my procedure.
