RNOH is an amazing hospital. I was referred her by my physio for scoliosis. The team are lovely, appointments are easy to book. My surgeon, physiotherapist and a nurse were extremely supportive and empathetic when I was told I needed spinal surgery. They assured me that it wasn’t my fault that the curve had gotten bigger. I have received a lot of support since being told I needed fusion. I have other chronic illnesses and they are so helpful with working out a plan on how to manage them when I am in hospital. Amazing staff working to helping ppl walk again and all round caring ppl if you have the option of being rebuilt in life after an encounter I would take these medical advisors Drs nurses porter volunteers all these to the lad in the car park helping show a space the coffee shop well sorry I am not able to inhale bleach from pool and heat if the pool makes me very ill but I you do a great service the ramp gives me vertigo The 2400 staff on phones to delivery make the 240 visitors not patients so welcome to return to socal lif... read more
I had a very frustrating experience. My first appointment was originally scheduled for 3rd July, then moved to 28th August, and later postponed again to 2nd October. I had already taken annual leave from work to attend these appointments, only to have them cancelled. Having my appointment rescheduled three times over several months has been extremely inconvenient and disappointing.
