I had a very frustrating experience. My first appointment was originally scheduled for 3rd July, then moved to 28th August, and later postponed again to 2nd October. I had already taken annual leave from work to attend these appointments, only to have them cancelled. Having my appointment rescheduled three times over several months has been extremely inconvenient and disappointing. Very nice hospital! As a chronically ill person I’ve been to quite a few and this is absolutely one of the best! Came here from NHS for scoliosis & all the people there are so lovely, very friendly environment. Plus, it’s so clean and welcoming. Absolutely lovely
