I was a customer of Royal Nails in Rancho Cucamonga for nearly 10 years, which makes writing this review disappointing. Over the years, I watched the quality of service steadily decline. The nail styles and techniques often felt outdated compared to other salons in the area, and appointments became less enjoyable because of the atmosphere in the salon. Unfortunately I didn't have a good job today, usually they're great but failing down, tomorrow my niece, wedding, my nails are terrible, I didn't say anything because I don't like to complain, but today it's my last time on this place, im done . Too much money for poor service

Didn’t expect much, yet they still managed to disappoint. Rude and did not do a good job. Used a different color from what I picked on both my hands and toes without even asking if it’s ok. The towels looked like they’re used for cleaning floors. The place is empty for a good reason.

The first time I visited this salon, my gel pedicure was amazing for only $40. However, when I came back a month later to get a new gel pedicure, the lady started tying my foot in a bag and then handed me a folder asking which pedicure I wanted. I chose the $40 one but then asked how much it would be with gel and she told me $55, so I told her never mind and just went the cheapest one instead. She pointed to my foot in the bag and I said not to do it anymore but then she said it’s an extra $9 so I told her again not to do it... read more

Thought I’d stop by for a quick pedicure on my way home since I saw a sign on the window “quick pedicure 18.99.” Never been here before and I will not go back. I choose to go to a Salon because I am horrible at painting and preventing ingrown. I had to ask the girl to go back and look for any possible ingrown even after she almost cut all my cuticles with the file. I flinched multiple times and she just kept filing. I ended up paying $40 to for a gel pedicure with file burns. (No design)
