I waited 20 minutes before she got to me ! Appointment time was 9:15 ! She was 25 til 10 before she started on me ! As I sit there I looked around I noticed all the manicure chairs need detailed cleaning

I would give zero stars if I could. My mom and I went to this salon today. I got a pedicure and she got a cut and paint. She finished and paid. I finished and went to the front and the guy said, “ you pay for her paint change?” I said,” no, I am not.” So after a full minute of everyone talking back and forth ( like we were trying to get out without paying) he said “$25 for you.” I paid.
