This “nail and spa” place is not my cup of tea at all. I wanted an acrylic fill and they started putting gel x over all my nails. And the ladies around me also wanted acrylic nails and were only getting gel x to. Strange. New Owners only know how to do gel x and it’s not a friendly enough environment for a spa. As well prices are insane. 120 for a “acrylic fill” when I only spent 95 on my full set of acrylic nails.

New owners do not live up to the expectations I asked for a acrylic fill and then they put gel X ON TOP of my pre existing acrylic and when I called earlier to book my appointment (un aware the owners switched)they said they can do my acrylic fill and when I sat in the chair they took out the gel X and when I correct them saying I wanted acrylic they kept going with the gel X I do not recommend coming here unless you like gel x and they charged me 120 for a FILL. Never again

my experience here was phenomenal. Ellie did my nails and she was super sweet and took her time on my nails. you can tell that she didn’t try to rush them and when she made a mistake she went back and fixed it without me having to ask. my full set costed $125 which in my opinion is very reasonable for what i got.

I have never experienced such poor service in my entire life. It starts from reception, no one even looks at you to greet or know what you want. I should have known there. I asked for a pedicure. The beginning was descent, the scrub on the feet is good. But they didn’t take my cuticles, there was no base coat, no top coat, the color of the polish looked nothing like on the little testes they show before hand. Jackson did awesome. They had amazing staff I got there 20 minutes before my scheduled time they got me in there right way. I only sat waiting for about 2 minutes. I told him what I wanted he did it perfectly without any mistake. I was in and out about a half hour. Very talented staff. I will definitely be going back.
