This place is actually horrible. I did basic shilac on my nails and the color was all over my skin beside my nails. And during the process she kept cutting and shaving close to the skin. Then once she finished I was waiting for a friend who was doing pedi. They told me to sit next to my friend on the massage chair. Because I used the massage while waiting for 30 minutes they requested that it’s extra charge. Got a gel overlay on my natural nails within a day, it started chipping off and my nails started breaking because the product was not put on properly. I’ve gotten this service done before at other nail salons, never had this poor of a job done. I wasn’t given a receipt, the transaction was on my debit so I have proof the day, time & how much I paid. Odd how the business responded to a customer complaint by asking if I had a receipt.
