After spending 173 dollars on my daughters and I nails and toes I can say I’m highly disappointed. I asked for them yo be fixed so many times I finally gave up and left. I will never go again !!!
You can make it better by not stopping people from coming in who don't go around the tape when there's no one in line to get in. They told me I couldn't come in unless I walked back down the ramp and around the tape -- just to end up in the exact same spot I was standing at. I'm in my scrubs and had just worked 10 hours at the hospital, but I couldn't get into the store because I didn't walk around the tape! How ridiculous is that?
I understand your trying to keep people safe but you should not have to make a older person walk in the rain back to the starting point when it is raining and no one within 200 feet just because they went under the tape to get out of the rain. Smart mouth kid working the door needs to learn manners and consideration for his elders and if I want to wipe down my own cart don’t get on to me!!
RecommendedMy husband and I came in today for some necessities and I was impressed with how you all were taking precautions! Kudos especially to the young man wearing the backpack sprayer that was spraying all of the carts as they would come in with disinfectant! I appreciate all of you, thanks for showing up and putting on a smile. ;-)
RecommendedWe did online pick up service and it was A great experience the items that had to be substituted were three out of four to our benefit the other one was the same item just a different packaging we love the courtesy in a timely of the bringing it out of the building and loading it in the back of the truck all in all I would give it a five star experience
Ugh this store goes more downhill with every visit. You are better off going to Rockwall or Greenville or shipping to your home.
Horrible customer service & NEVER get my prescriptions correct. Leave items out of the bag. We've even caught their mistakes before when we weren't going to be charged for something.
Most rude people ever! Went in once and am not going back
