I never leave reviews like this but I have to warn others. If you have builder gel, do not get it removed here. They are not educated on what builder gel is and insisted it’s not a soak off product. They repeatedly hurt me with the dremmel tool until I insisted they try to soak it off, which ended up working. But the damage was done. My nails are thin and will take months to heal.

I’ve been here more than six times with the same menu each time. I’m satisfied with the results, but during my last visit, I was offered an additional service without being told the price. I agreed, not realizing there would be an extra charge, and ended up paying $15 more for something I didn’t even need. I was disappointed by the lack of clear communication.

I came here, after work, to remove my manicure after coming back from holidays. Even though I only got a removal, I wanted to write a review to show my appreciation for the care I was given. As someone who gets her nails done often, I hate removing them. Mainly because the nail tech always buffs too much, leaving my nails thin, uneven and sometimes tender.
