Here's the issue with this place. I've been going here for years now, but it's hit and miss. 75% of the time it's been great and I left happy. However, the last few times I had to wait extra long and left with my nails not looking good. First off, the older man who works there came to file my nails and absolutely butchered them. They were so thin when he was done they were like paper. Also I've noticed that despite me paying the same amount, they're no longer doing the actual manicure. I LOVE this place. My family has gone here for years. I used to go with my mom and sisters. Now hubby and I love to go on date night. The pedicure includes hot wax, stones, massage and exfoliant. They do a great job and it very affordable.

I guess I got the most inconsiderate girl because I understand this is a place you come to for simplicity, without any real expectation of quality, which I expected but you don’t expect to be on the verge of tears because the nail tech is incredibly rude. She told me to pick a color so I did, she didn’t specify that it was gel, it didn’t say gel anywhere on the color palette and It was never mentioned that’s what I chose so she files down my nails and I don’t come to nail salons often so I wasn’t sure if that was normal for ... read more

Staff is extremely unfriendly and don’t listen to what you want. They are rude and will slap your hand. It’s obvious they are talking about you to the coworkers in their native language! I will never go here again!

I had my nails done today and when I got home I noticed that I still had cuticles and hang nails that should have been taken care of during my visit. I payed full price for my nails when I didn’t receive full price service, only to be rushed through the salon in less than 20 minutes. I won’t be going back ever.
