I very unhappy with this nail salon, my daughter and I only start going there a couple of times my daughter had some problems last time when they corrected it and she was very happy. Royal Nails is always clean and professional. The staff is super friendly and honest about what can be done and what can't. I will definitely return and I recommend you visiting.

The place was so packed however, they operated so efficiently like a well oiled machine. They attended to every walk-in customer without compromising anyone else's appointments. Always pleased with their customer service.

I never thought I’d have to leave a negative review because Lin and Crystal have always done an amazing job on my nails. Unfortunately, the owner completely changed my opinion of this salon. I sent my mom with reference photos of exactly what she wanted. Instead of simply looking at the pictures, the owner told her, “No, you don’t speak English. I can’t help you,” made her get out of the chair, and walked her out of the salon. My mom was a paying customer and was treated with disrespect and embarrassment. It felt like she wa... read more
