Royal Nails is always clean and professional. The staff is super friendly and honest about what can be done and what can't. I will definitely return and I recommend you visiting.
The place was so packed however, they operated so efficiently like a well oiled machine. They attended to every walk-in customer without compromising anyone else's appointments. Always pleased with their customer service.
I never thought I’d have to leave a negative review because Lin and Crystal have always done an amazing job on my nails. Unfortunately, the owner completely changed my opinion of this salon. I sent my mom with reference photos of exactly what she wanted. Instead of simply looking at the pictures, the owner told her, “No, you don’t speak English.
