For starters my and my sister in laws nails did come out very good, however! The service was the worst I have ever had. I had the elderly lady with the glasses. I told her multiple times before she even started that I wanted a manicure and proceeded to tell me multiple times that she would do it after the fact because it would be better. I have been here a couple times trying to give them a chance using different people each time and I have yet to get a good set. Today was the very last time I will ever use Royal Nails. An older woman did my fill and it was so lumpy! My 9 year old could have done a better job. On top of it looking terrible ALL of my fingers hurt! She used a tool and drilled away my natural nails on the sides of my fingers> I had to go to a totally different nail salon and pay to have them fixed.
