Royal Moving and Storage Company was hired to provide “fully bonded and insured professional moving services” including quilt pad wrapping the furniture per Contract. I used Royal to move my furniture and concert grand piano from Pennsylvania to J'ville in 2017. They promised me that they were 100% professional piano movers and moved pianos such as mine everyday. The piano was a huge priority for me because it would cost 100k to replace it. The piano was properly mounted onto a heavy moving board for support and safely wrapped and protected.
