Ask for Jesse Leinweber! He is down-to-earth, transparent, and clearly has your best interests in mind. I really appreciated how earnest he was throughout the entire process, and I plan to specifically seek him out for future service appointments. When you drive in to the Royal Moore service center, their system automatically measures your tires and checks your vehicle into the service queue, which I thought was really cool.
