I have been to every oxygen supply company in the Reading, Pottstown area and Royal Medical and Adapt Health are the only ones who could supply me with the oxygen concentrator I require. What a difference in my life they have made especially Barry who is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help.
Do not use this company. Suspect business practices and dishonest. Received marketing call to reorder CPAP supplies. I indicated what was needed and they stated would send what insurance would cover in addition to what i requested. Received supplies I did not need in addition to what was requested. Received bill 30 days later and items ordered i did not request was not covered by insurance. Called company and they stated would ship out return label to return items if unopened. Checked their website for the closing time it says 5:00 I go to pick up oxygen tanks for my wife and they were closed at 4:00 not happy driving there and finding that
These people are beyond clueless. They don't do their job and you have to fight to get anything done. I would never order from them again. Weeks after our insurance approval I was finally told our our order would ship on Monday. When I called the following Friday, I was told it would ship next Monday. Then they didn't know what my order status was. A total nightmare, especially since you NEED what you're ordering. I would leave zero stars if I could.
