Terrible experience. We received used toner for the faulty one. Unbelievable! No one in United States would do anything like that, shipping used toner from their warehouse. We have done doing business with this company. We certainly do not recommend do do business with these crooks.

Stop calling and bugging me. My shop hardly ever needs toner cartridges but the girl has called 5 times after I asked her not to call. Do you want me to call you often to bother you?

I recommend you do not do business with this company. I ordered two ink cartridges the COB6200 and had to return one because it was defective. They said their warehouse guy said I returned the wrong cartridge that they received the COB4600 and that I needed to return the COB6200. I only have 1 printer that takes the COB6200 cartridge. I have purchased from them for several years now. Problem started with this new sales rep that took over and this was my first time ordering with her. Once this company gets your number they will not stop calling, even after repeated requests to be removed from their call list. I have reported them to the FTC's National Do Not Call Registry.
