Excellent customer service! Knowledge techniques with a fresh look about natural hair care. The shampoo bowl was it's own Top Tier experience! All my concerns where meet from hair dryness, breakage/attachments, all done with a style. The environment was intimate and comfortable.
Not gonna lie Shavon does a bomb job with doing your hair. She’s quick and very informative on what to do and how to. This would’ve been my third time coming to here I was really looking forward to having a stylist. BUT communication is key when it comes to business. I showed up to my appointment today 15 minutes early. Due to her not having a shop I had to stand outside waiting on her to let me into a salon suite. Those girls are doing amazing job. They are very nice and friendly. They will go extra mile to make customer happy. Daimond is my favorite. She always great me with smile and make me feel like a queen. I would highly recommend this salon.
