VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE! 😡 Instead of a relaxing massage, the therapist spent about 30 minutes rubbing my back skin with what felt like very sharp nails, or a very dry rough skin and it became so painful that I had to ask her to stop after being patient for half an hour and my skin is hurting. The massage wasn’t even finished, and when I spoke to the receptionist, no apology or solution was offered—not even a different therapist to complete the service. Went in for a deep tissue massage because a friend recommended this place. I feel like half of the massage of 75 minutes was deep tissue the rest was just rubbing a lot of oil on me, and just lightly rubbing. Wasn't very impressed I don't think I'll be back
