I am a patient at this hospital and have annual outpatient appointments and blood tests. Normally, I'm very impressed with the staff but on my last visit, unfortunately not. I was looking for a dept but couldn't find it so I went back to the main desk to ask and fumbled over my words a little due to tiredness.
