While visiting a friend later in the evening while in state. You enter to a gated desk since I was put on the list I was able to gain access however the park itself while being cleaned and maintained has no street signs you are giving a map but the house numbers are not in order you could be in front of #506 but you look across the street and it is # 4 it's the strangest thing I have ever seen I wound up driving around the park for almost an hour since the streets all wind around so you start out on one a wind around into an... read more

We moved here as fulltime residents in April of 2012 because we liked the location, the lot rent was reasonable ($607/month which included all yard care, basic cable TV, the sprinkler system, water & sewer and trash collection) the area looked nice and all homes were well maintained. At that time, the owner said the monthly rent would not exceed the percentage increases of Social Security's COLA increases.
