This review is transplanted from Inglewood Lofts' review that I have left. Two issues that directly relate to Royal Management Services' response regarding frequent crime in one of their managed facilities. 1. Crime. I moved in less than 3 months ago. In that time I have had 3 distinct property-crime events, all from supposedly secured areas. Most notable my $4600 e-bike was stolen (with several other people's bikes). We rented an apartment in Tamarack Manor, and when we were about to leave, the process was terrible. They imposed unnecessary fees on us. For example, when we moved in, many damages, like the kitchen counter’s paper or the granite floor paper, were already there. We were told these were minor issues. When we were moving out, the manager, Shelly, blamed us for these damages. We explained they were pre-existing, but she fined us $900, which we were not responsible for. This company manages the Inglewood Lofts in Edmonton, formally the Charles Camsell site. The building has been in violation of noise bylaws for weeks now due to the excessively loud ventilation unit. Hundreds of complaints from the neighborhood have not amounted to any solution. A fine was apparently issued which has not led to any solutions or information to the community as to what will be done and when it will be rectified.
