Tanner did a great job my 1st time. The second time I requested him but he sent a lady. Didn't catch her name. She spent a good hour on my feet. And I wanted to be happy but quite the contrary. With in a week 2 of my gel nails fell off and I called. Nobody got back to me. I went to the store and bought super glue to reattach them. Why couldn't someone call me back and rectify this. So dissatisfied.
