This is for the new Upper James Hamilton Location. My parents have finally decided to downsize and took a look at these apartments. They are still in the building stages but we were able to take a walk through and see what the building was shaping up to look like. We recently visited Royal James and met with Chris. He was very helpful, patient and took the time to help us find the unit that best suited our needs. The quality of the building exceeded our expectations and we were very impressed with the variety of suites layouts and the beautiful private terraces.
Regarding Royal Living's new "Coming Soon" sign at 5503 Lakeshore in Burlington - there is nothing coming soon. According to the City of Burlington no applications have been submitted for this property. No permits have been issued for this property. There have been no approvals, no proposals, no meetings, no community notices, no studies - nothing has been done to build anything at 5503 Lakeshore. Royal Living was good to work with throughout the development process. Communication was consistent, and whenever questions came up, someone actually took the time to explain things instead of brushing them off. The process felt organized and realistic, with no last-minute surprises. Overall, it was a straightforward experience and I’d be comfortable dealing with them again.
