If I could give this company a 0 I would! I had a pick up time set for 10am this morning and 8 minutes before, conveniently the 15 person bus breaks down. Their only suggestion would be to split the our party us which of course was not the ideal solution. At that point I never hear from the “manager” ever again. It was just the driver helping me figure out the next solution.
