Hands down an excellent company! I booked a get-away car for my daughter’s wedding last minute and they were so nice and accommodating! The communication was excellent and they also worked very well with my wedding coordinator. Victor called me personally a couple of days before and even upgraded the vehicle. The driver was so sweet to our newlyweds! Arrived on time and transported them safely! I will never use another transportation company other than Royal!
Our driver Kevin provided a wonderful end to our wedding night. The limo was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. He was professional, kind, and made the ride feel special. He even offered his card for future anniversary transportation. A perfect closing moment to our day - with a showstopper Rolls Royce ghost limo!
I recently booked their services for my son's prom and they were exceptional! Clear communication, quick with responses, the driver was outstanding and the kids enjoyed every bit of it. I could not have asked for a more secure, enjoyable experience as a parent. I highly recommend their services!
We used the service for son's prom (LSHS 4/18/26). Zac, the driver was very personable and respectful. He carried on conversation that was relatable. He made contact before arrival and was easy to contact as needed. Zac paid attention to the details (reminded son to grab corsage). Overall, a great experience.
HIGHLY do not recommend using this company. HORRIBLE at communication and I had a POOR experience using them.
