I booked a first aid course and wasn't able to attend, I provided 2 days notice requesting to reschedule. I sent 3 emails and only received a response weeks later. I was not provided with an apology for the lack of communication. I do not recommend booking any training with Royal Life Saving Australia. I have not rescheduled and I highly doubt they will provide a refund. They were happy to take my money and ignore my emails. Do not book first aid training with them.

I had a done first aid and CPR course, a good trainer. Easy registration, quick response over call, everything very easy.
RLSA is excellent for yearly CPR and three yearly First Aid courses. I love how I can do the theory online and come in just for the practical.
