Serious Ethical Concerns – Patients Beware I am writing this review to warn others about a deeply troubling and potentially unlawful practice at this detox center. After trying to get sober for years, I can genuinely say this is the only treatment center that helped me stay clean. The staff is wonderful. They will teach you how to transition into your new life in recovery!! This is the best treatment center in Washington, and it isn’t even close!

Everybody is very respectful and profitable. Sometimes I feel alot of us fall through cracks to to t he few that crosstalk constantly . Complaints are minimal. Thanks.

What can I say if it wasn't for Royal I would not be here. I am so grateful they have help me so much the stuff is amazing they treat you like family. They help you out they will sit with you when you need someone you can go to them and the best part is they understand where you are coming from. I and my family will always be grateful for them. I would recommend this facility.They are the best inpatient, 12 weeks, and outpatient program anyone can ask for. Thank you Royal for saving my LIFE.
