Will never use this office as long as CONRAD BRUNKA is working there. Can't trust this Royal LePage to recognize unethical agents like him. CONRAD did a really unethical move many years ago, divulged information that caused a stream of low balling offers. It is hard to prove but we know he did it. Agents like him forced governing board to put in some rules through complaints. Although it is difficult to get a witness, while unethical agents like him flap their mouths out of spite for not getting the business.
I’d recommend Julio and his team to any first time buyers or investors, his support and guidance throughout the process was key for the success of our transaction.
