If I could leave 0 stars I would. We were trying to buy a property near Peace River and Brent was the selling realtor. It started as Brent wouldn’t even show us the property unless our realtor signed us over to him as clients (if it was my house and I knew my realtor was denying serious buyers I’d be very upset). Our privacy was compromised. Forms were sent unsigned and late. Zero professionalism. Asked for a viewing of a small retail property in grimshaw appointment was moved around a few times viewed the place asked george if their were any views or offers each he replied that there were none told us all about community futures wich he is involved with started the process and the building was purchased less than 3 days later with help of community futures extremely disappointed
We recently were home shopping and we enlisted Marilyn as our realtor. Really loved her. She was so helpful and understanding of our situation and even went the extra mile to accommodate me as I was traveling. Even after we bought the house Marilyn continued and still is continuing to help us with any questions or needs we have. Would highly recommend her to anyone! Excellent realtor and just an amazing person!
It is disheartening to read poor reviews. As a Realtor, I feel I always put my clients interests above mine. However, this buyer was unemployed and had not obtained a bank preapproval. A Realtor's time is one of their most precious commodities. We only can afford to work with qualified buyers.
