Disappointed with Staff Conduct – Unprofessional and Disrespectful I’ve witnessed several troubling interactions at this location, particularly involving the front desk staff. On more than one occasion, I observed reception treat two individuals—who were clearly hired by the property owner to manage basic groundskeeping tasks like preventing drug use , picking up litter, and keeping the heated sidewalk clear—with open disrespect and rudeness. Lindsay Reid helped us purchase our first house. Shopping from Toronto to purchase a house in London was difficult and time consuming. Not only did Lindsay provide all the information we needed as we needed it, but she viewed properties for us and sent video saving us countless hours. Lindsay was able to provide recommendations for local contractors to help us though the day to day needs once we moved in.
