Raymond is a horrible person. I caught him steeling my item from Marketplace. When I confronted him to give it back, he returned it several hours later tossing it in my driveway. Left me a dirty review saying I lied about my listing new and unused. It was new and unused and someone came along after you, purchased the desk and very happy for the new and unused desk. Lost out on our dream home because the home owner refused to work with him. Extremely rude, unprofessional and was an embarrassment having him represent my wife and I, to the point where we chose to wait 3 months to get out of the buyer representation agreement. He forced us to go to his office so he could pressure and berate us one last time under the guise of signing a document that we later found to be unnecessary-- all this after we informed him we would no longer be working with him. Ray is by far the most unprofessional, rude and disrespectful real estate agent. He’s manipulative and doesn’t care about his clients at all. This is nothing against Royal Lepage as they have wonderful agents, but I’d highly recommend staying away from Ray.
I wouldn't trust this guy as far as I could throw him.
