I had an incredibly frustrating experience selling and purchasing through Royal LePage Parksville - Qualicum Beach Realty Despite submitting a formal complaint to the managing broker, I received absolutely no response for months. We rented a property through Royal LePage, we worked with the Devries team. They were both very dishonest, very unprofessional and didn't take any of our property safety concerns seriously, until one of us fell through the rotten deck, they then tried to say it was due to our neglect that the deck was so bad. They were unable to rent the property until multiple repairs were done, and once they did they raised the rent much higher then legally allowed.
