We had a nice enough showing with Ben, he was friendly. The process afterwards has been a nightmare. 3 different people emailing, no clarity on who gets what forms, one person thinking one application wasn't submitted and then the other thinking the other (cosigner) was not. And then spam junk from Mark on properties that had nothing to do with what we were lookkng for.
