We are so grateful for Royal Kapuna Medical Transport. Working with Richard and Godwin was seamless. We had some hurdles to overcome after being discharged from the hospital after 6 weeks. Thankfully the staff worked out a plan to assist us in returning to the mainland. They went over and above to help us and made us feel like Ohana. Thank you all! Our center was very happy with the coordination and communication from Richard and his team. If the need arises where we need medical transportation for patients in the future, this is the company we will be calling.
I was so impressed with Royal Kunia transportation services. Richard was prompt in picking us up for our medical appointment. We have 16stairs and the device he used was amazing to get up and down the stairs safely. Coming home there was a dela, however, he kept us informed as to when he would arrive. I highly recommend the use of this door to door service.
