If I could give 0 stars I would... Cause she was nothing but a waste of time!!! I she set up an appointment for 10am... I showed up for the appointment & the room was full... She said she accidentally double booked... Could I come back in an hour. I came back at 11:10 & she wasn't even close to done... she said she can take me at 3pm... call at 2:30 to confirm... I’ve been coming to see Chantel monthly for braids for almost a year now. She’s highly knowledgeable and her ability is unmatched. Through her, I’ve been able to explore many different styles that I never thought I’d try, but absolutely loved. She is always concerned with the health of my hair, which is not something that can be said of many braiders. I’ll never trust anyone else with my hair so long as she is around.
