The supervisor on the phone asked all the appropriate questions after reviewing pictures I had sent. We discussed potential complications at length. A tech, Kristi, came out the following morning. He performed a thorough assessment and was able to replace the external leaking faucet without having to breach the exterior wall.
Needed a leaky outdoor faucet replaced. Royal King arrived the same day, was professional, and explained everything clearly before getting started. The installation was completed quickly, and the workmanship was outstanding. Everything was left clean and working perfectly when the job was finished.
