I was originally quoted a specific price for a piece I was interested in, and everything seemed fine. These people are complete SCAMMERS!!! Stay far away from here. When my husband bought my ring he specifically asked what the warranty covered and they said it covered loss of diamonds too. When I lost a diamond and went back to get it fixed they said the warranty covers only cleaning?! Umm what a joke?! They tried to charge me $400 to replace the one diamond we said no and went to two other Jewerler’s to get the ring checked out.. they told us the prongs were broken and in order to replace the diamond they would need to repl... read more
