These people are complete SCAMMERS!!! Stay far away from here. When my husband bought my ring he specifically asked what the warranty covered and they said it covered loss of diamonds too. When I lost a diamond and went back to get it fixed they said the warranty covers only cleaning?! Umm what a joke?! These people lie to you. They did not fully disclose the 2 year warranty details and I had lost one of my bigger stones on my engagement rings, which they do not cover. They did not try to help me the situation but had the audacity to try to tell me to buy another ring and use my current ring as trade in credit. Like no, I love my ring, and it is already soldered with my wedding bands. Don't go here. They don't want to help, but want your money.
