I wish I could give this place zero stars got a watch fixed all they did was take pieces gave it back broke within 3 days never come to place what a ripoff. And the people who work there were vey rude about it
Run do not come here terrible customer service their work is not good at all
Terrible terrible experience they charge me $75 to fix a bracelet and it broke in the same exact spot and tried to charge me another $75. They sell cheap jury at a high price. I’d rather go to a swap meet then go here.
I went back three times to pick up my bracelet each time it wasn't ready.... When I finally got it, I'm not happy with the work. I was told that the dents would be taken out For $150, I should have had a better outcome
I needed engraving done, and the ad says same day service, so I went to Quick Fix in Royal Jewelers. I chose 2 plaques for my cats that are gone now. We also discussed ring engraving on 2 rings. Jackie is warm and respectful. Kevin was helpful in discussing all the engravings. They are very nice people, they work hard for their money, and I highly recommend their services. Also, they do have some really wonderful jewelry to purchase as well! I bought a diamond 25th anniversary band while I was there. 😄
