The sales representatives, a Nepali and Indian girl, impressed us with their friendly demeanor and informed us about a supposed discount, claiming that the prices were reasonable. Today my husband and I visited Royal Jewelers for the first time. We left there very satisfied with the service we received. Went in to get my ring sized and a watch battery. My hubby got his necklace cleaned. We purchased to items as well. We have found happiness shopping at Royal Jewelers due to the honest and attentive customer service shown to us.
